According to new numbers, the second season premier episode of AMC's Into The Badlands grabbed 3.4 million viewers and a 1.4 rating and A18-49 demographic.
The show faced several obstacles this weekend with its 10 Sunday time slot facing competition from other programs such as hued, American crime and sheds of blue.
And in addition to that, march madness was also on full swing on Sunday night. While these season premiere rating numbers aren't considered to be huge, they should still be considered a win when looking at the circumstances.
